How does GC4 communicate with parents?
GC4 utilizes the ProCare app, which is accessible to parents anytime. We use this app to send messages and ask questions, provide information on your child’s daily activities, and share photos with you.
Can prospective parents visit the Center?
Yes, we would be happy to give you a tour of our facility. Please fill out the form on this page or call us to schedule a visit.
Does GC4 perform background checks on its employees?
Yes, we conduct criminal and standard background checks on all teachers and caregivers prior to their hiring.
How does GC4 ensure the health and safety of families and staff?
The health and safety of children and staff is our highest priority. We work to mitigate the spread of illness and provide a safe space by:
- Adhering to a rigorous hand-washing routine
- Frequently cleaning and sanitizing high-touch surfaces and toys, and frequently laundering soft items
- Encouraging staff and families to stay home if they are sick
- Regularly checking to ensure the environment, equipment, and supplies are in good condition; providing maintenance and/or replacing items as needed
- Securing entrances to the facility
Does GC4 offer transportation services?
Yes, preschool and school-aged children who attend Garner-Hayfield-Ventura (GHV) Schools are provided transportation to and from school at no cost. In addition, preschool-aged children attending Little Lambs Preschool are also offered transportation to and from preschool at no extra cost.
Does GC4 do early drop-off and late pick-up?
Yes. Our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs are priced by the total number of hours per week, broken down into weekly hour brackets of <35, <45, and <55.
Our School-Age program has set rates broken down into full days, early outs, no school days, and late start / early out events.
Our hours of operation are 5:30am – 6:00pm, Monday – Friday.
